Does your facility already have a listing and you would like to make changes to it?
To ensure the accuracy of the data listed on this site and to prevent misrepresentation of your facility, if your facility already has a listing and you would like to assume control of it to manage it click here. Fill out the form with the required fields, and you will be contacted by one of our representatives to verify your company information. After verification, we will send you credentials to edit the listing for your facility. Because we use a human administrator and not an automated system to ensure the veracity of your data, it can take 24-48 hours for our representative to contact you.

Here at Rehab Directory we take the privacy of our members very seriously. All private data used to create your listing is confidential and will never be distributed to a third party in any form or fashion.
How to Add Your Free Listing
Below we have listed the steps necessary to add a free listing for your facility.
- First register an account by clicking here.
- Check the inbox for the email address you entered during registration, and click the verification link in the email received from Rehab Directory.
- Login to your account using the module in the right-hand column, or click here.
- Follow this link to Add a New Entry.
- Enter your facilities' information in the field. Please note that some options require payment. The Enhanced Listing options are explained below.
- Choose the categories of treatment provided and the state in which you provide them. Up to two treatment categories may be selected for free, more than two categories requires an Enhanced Listing.
- Click Submit.
Your entry will be sent to our administrator for review, and will be pending until it is approved by our administrator. This is to ensure that only legitimate entries are added to our directory and not spam. Because of this human review process, entries can take up to 48 hours to receive approval. No changes to your listing are able to be made until after the initial listing is approved by the administrator.
