Our curriculum is designed with our client's best well-being in mind: body, soul and spirit, reflecting our program ideals: mindfulness practice, therapy and process groups, relapse prevention, meditation groups, art and music therapy, and individual psychotherapy. Our client's receive three individual sessions each week as well. We include family therapy. Our clients attend 12 step meetings off site each evening after the treatment day. Our weekends are filled with activities reflecting the theme of sober fun: paddle boards, theme parks, comedy clubs, picnics, sports activities, volleyball, basketball, softball, sand volleyball, body-boarding, etc. We have a world class chef who prepares all our meals, paying close attention to any food allergies or food sensitivities our clients may have. Should our clients have need of psychiatric services to help with anxiety, depression, mood or thought disorders, insomnia, etc., we provide them the help they need to get the medication they need for their specific conditions. Our highest goal is client safety, comfort and trust while they are going through the healing process from the damage addiction has done to their bodies, souls and spirits. We stand behind these principles and fulfill them day by day.
