Founded in 2015, Alpine Springs Rehabilitation and Recovery is proud to offer the highest quality addiction treatment to our clients. Our beautifully appointed facility provides care for only 16 people at any given time, allowing for incredibly focused and personalized treatment. You will become part of the family with our primary counselors, recovery support specialists, and head chef. Treatment includes individual counseling several times a week, group counseling multiple times a day, and family counseling on the weekends. Our prime location allows access to a beautiful state park and two lakes. Hiking, swimming, fishing, and canoeing are only some of the exciting outdoor activities available. We also hold therapeutic activities outside as much as possible to take full advantage of nature’s ability to heal the spirit. Our holistic approach incorporates classic therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational enhancement therapy. We hold 12-step meetings twice weekly on site, as well as participating in off-site meetings. Non-12-step approaches are also incorporated into treatment, based on your individualized treatment plan. Alternative therapies and activities include yoga, massage, relaxation groups, meditation, art journaling, and recreation therapy. Our head chef prepares fresh and healthy meals daily, and health and wellness and physical activity groups highlight the importance of overall wellness. We are able to work with most insurance companies, and are also able to accept cash, credit cards, and money orders.
